Dom, A few months ago we had sweet sweet sue's make our son's 1st birthday cake, which was amazing, and today I found out that she is your wife. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help in a cause that means a lot to us. Danielle is doing a fundraiser tonight for autism, as one of my son's was on the spectrum, and you guys helped out in such a big way by handling the desserts and a gift certificate. Where do I begin??!! The Johnny DeppMad Hatter Cake for my daughter Stephanie's Sweet 16 was absolutely amazing!!! It was breathtakingly beautiful...and just as delicious for sure! It was such a hit that people are still talking about it a month later. The attention to detail down to the fingers was mind-blowing. The white rabbit is still in my refrigerator along with Alice, butterflies and a cup. I just can't bring myself to part with them...ha When you guys walked in with the cake and started putting everything together I couldn't believe how the staff of Grand Plaza and E-squared stopped what they were doing to take pictures with their cell phones. I wish my camera could have gotten that shot!
I could go on forever thanking you for making such a masterpiece for my daughter. Just to make you laugh...after the party when I returned to work on Monday everyone was asking for pictures of Stephanie...I didn't have any...but I had the cake!!! What a bad mother I am! ha (now I have both Stephanie and the cake on my cell phone)
Stephanie wants me to tell you that she loves you guys and can't wait for the next cake!!! Oh boy! The boxed cupcakes looked great and were also a smash. As you can see from the photos, Kimberly was ecstatic to finally have her very own "Sweet Sue Cake". She actually walked past the cake and said "how did you get my beach bag and why is it in the middle of your dining room table"...Once she realized that it was a Sue creation, her reaction was priceless and I'm so glad that Donna was ready with a camera to capture the moment.
Donna's cupcake tower stunned us and looked absolutely amazing. The blue velvet cupcake favors were a hit with the guests, and of course the entire family enjoyed snacking on the diaper cake the next day when we were opening gifts.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a HIT the cakes were at our Engagement Party - They were the focal point of the night!
When it was time to cut the cake…everyone was on their feet..I have never seen anything like it.
All Matt’s firehouse guys were in awe over the helmet and the FLASHLIGHT that lit up… they were like little kids all giddy…lol
And EVERYONE was sooo shocked that they tasted AMAZING!!!! They kept thinking that if it looks good, it has to not taste good..lol

Once again, you're absolutely amazing!!! My brother loved the cake! His reaction was that of a little kid in a candy store, eyes wide open and truly stunned. He and his groomsmen posed with it for a good hour, it was without a doubt a conversation piece.

As I'm sitting here enjoying leftover cake that still tastes as scrumptious as it was when I first had it at Sherry Maria's Sweet Sixteen, I just wanted to drop in and let you know what an amazing job you did. My sister had arrived earlier than I did to the hall on the day of her sweet sixteen and I called her to make sure she didn't need any last minute things before I left the house. The first words out of her mouth were, "Bishoi, the cake looks absolutely adorable, oh my God, it's beautiful". At that moment, it didn't matter that I was late, or that the dais boys hadn't arrived on time, from that moment I knew that everything was going to be ok, now that the Sweet Sixteen girl was happy with her cake. I must tell you, I had so many people ask me where I got that beautiful castle statue, complete with a pumpkin and little glass slipper, it took all my energy not to tell them that it was actually the cake, and instead I had to say, "Just wait and see". When it came time for Sherry to do the candles, imagine the shock on our guests' faces when they realized that the "statue" was actually the cake that they were about to enjoy. The cake had everyone fooled, including the employees of the hall who had such a hard time believing that the castle itself was edible, that they left behind the carriage made out of rice krispy treats, which was all right by me because I'm currently eating it as I'm writing this email! I also got a kick out of seeing people's reaction to my eating of the carriage wheels, for they thought that I must have gone mad to be eating "plastic". When I told them to try it, they were astounded that not only the castle, the carriage, and the shoe were edible, but also the wheels of the carriage. The same reaction occurred when I began tearing the little sign that said Sherry Maria's Sweet Sixteen, for again the guests thought that I was content with eating paper. I've never received so many compliments on a cake and I knew that I had to share them with you. You are truly one of the most talented people I have ever met and now that Sherry's party is over, I can't wait to be one the many people who now know that there is no limit on Sue's creativity. I wish you all the luck and success in your business and hope that I have the pleasure of working with you again, after all, I am graduating next year, and perhaps a graduation party will be in need of one of your fabulous creations? Thank you so much for everything, you really helped make my sweet sixteen one of a kind. There was not one person in my party who did not compliment on the cake. From people thinking that it was just a decoration, to people saying that I shouldn't cut it, It really made a huge difference in the "reviews" of my party. It had to be the best tasting cake i have ever eaten in my entire life, I really couldn't cut it. Honestly, you should have had a candle at my party =] I really thank you for making the cake that MADE my party.

I just would like to take this time to thank you for all your hard work you put into making the gorgeous golf bag cake for Joe's 30th Birthday. The cakes was such a hit that everyone was talking about it the whole night & had to touch it because they couldn't believe it was a cake , it looked so real. From the clubs, to the zipper & the way the bag even looked worn out...you had every detail of a real golf bag in this cake. Most importantly, Joe loved it! What can I say besides "UNBELIEVABLE"!! You are a true artist when it comes to baking. The Louis Vuitton bag that you made for Lisa's Shower was insane. Your attention to detail from the handles to the LVs to the zipper was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen. The Margarita glasses with the cupcakes were a huge hit too...everyone was fighting over taking them home and the chocolate shell was delicious. The golf bag that you made for Joe's 30th Birthday was so realistic that everyone kept touching it to see if it was a real leather bag. You are a pleasure to work with and I am convinced that there is nothing that you can't make! I look forward to challenging you with a new design in the near future! Thanks again!

There is nothing more rewarding to a parent then bringing a smile to their children's face. Our son David was so thrilled and excited when he saw his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday cake. Not only did it look great, it was the best tasting cake we ever had. No one would have ever known it was "milk and egg" free. In fact most of the comments from our guests were that it was the "best" cake they ever had. You brought some amazing smiles to a three year old child and great tears of joy to our eyes when we saw his delight. We are thrilled to have found you and cannot thank you more for making a cake that was totally edible to our son who has severe allergies to milk and eggs. We tasted other cakes that were milk and egg free and they were horrible. We even tried to make one ourselves. Your work is by far, the best and your recipe unbeatable. Your are very talented and a very special person to put so much care, individuality, and love into your work. Thank you for making David's third birthday so special. It was his first "real" birthday cake that he can eat! Look out birthday number 4 - he is already thinking about some great theme!

Sue, I want to extend a huge thank you for the cake you made for my birthday. It's a week later and the calls are still coming. Upon first glance I would have sworn that Daneene had dug out my old catchers mitt from the garage and placed it on the cake. We went home and stared at the mitt/cake for two days (saving that part for my actual birthday) just amazed at the attention to detail and the realistic look to it. If your wondering how excited I was when I saw "Baby Micali" in person, Just ask your husband! I was hugging him & the other fellow he was with, I asked them to leave me cards for my guests & I went on & on about how I want to send your work to instyle Magazine! (They must think I'm a real nut!)
To say the cake was a Hit, is such an understatement!!! Everyone freaked out over it, even before they tasted it! It was absolutely delicious, just as awesome as Rina's! And the vanilla was just as awesome as the chocolate (of course I had to taste that too) As for the rice krispies, I think me & my sister ate the whole head ourselves! LOL I ate so much cake the next day & the day after, that I really shouldn't eat cake for the rest of the year!
I can't thank you enough for making our night complete!! As far as we're concerned, it was the most Adorable, Mouth Watering, Show Stopping Cake Ever!!! Your website name certainly suits you!! You truly are as Sweet, as you are Talented & I am so grateful that you were able to accomodate us under such short notice! I was at Rina & Gianna's birthday party on Friday night, Our families are very close friends & I had to tell you how Unbelievable your cake was!! The creation itself was a real show stopper & as for the taste, I'm still dreaming about it! The filling that was loaded with cookie dough, is so outrageous it should really be illegal! LOL
I know this is a long shot, but I'm having a Baby Shower for my sister this Saturday night. Is there anyway possible you might be available? I could send you a couple of pictures & maybe if your not already booked, you could satisfy my craving for another piece of what I consider to be the greatest cake I ever tasted!!
