As a grooms cake, birthday cake or special event piece, these frosted and entirely edible cakes make show-stopping centerpieces.
Starting with vanilla, chocolate, coconut or any flavor you desire as a base, the cakes are filled, sculpted and covered with rolled fondant. Finishing touches are molded and painted to complete the work of art.
From concept to completion, most of these cakes require specialized tools and many hours to complete.
